| Versions labelled PSP and iPod are in MP4 format and should also play fine
on a computer, or a pocketpc.
PSP users must rename the movie files when placing them on their units.
You need to create a directory on your memory stick called

 MP_ROOT

Then a subdirectory under that called

 100MNV01

You place the movies then in \MP_ROOT\100MNV01\

You must rename each movie to this pattern

 M4Vxxxxx.MP4

Instead of xxxxx put a 5 digit number such as 01234 (M4V01234.MP4 is an
example file name)

iPod users do not need to rename their format files - see the instructions
that came with your device on placing a file on its drive. I believe PC
users load the movie in iTunes, and use Itunes to place it on the iPod.

TCPMP - The BEST PPC/PDA/PALM DIVX, mpeg, etc player Ive found

 http://tcpmp.corecodec.org/about

I am currently encoding everything up (and will new stuff as it goes up)
into various PDA/PALM/SMARTPHONE/etc hand helds. MPEG-4/DIVX

I am starting with what I will call moviename-160.avi's - Im starting low
end because I think its the most ignored group of users on the net. These
movies are being encoded at 160 pixel wide, 10 frames per minute, 16kbps
sound. NOT dvd quality by any means but should play on older slower hand
helds. I tested with a Jornada 548 running pc2000 on an SH3, 133mHz
processor. NOT BAD with TCPMP - not so good with other players Ive found.

Once these are up I will step in jumps based on device power and disk
space. I am using Omniquiti's Lathe,
the commercial version of PocketDivxEncoder.
 Suggestions and comments are appreciated!
