(1970) Robert Dorfmann presents Terence Youngs Cold Sweat staring Charles Bronson, Liv Ullmann and James Mason. Joe Martins(Charles Bronson)past catches up to him when his former army captain (James Mason) and crew, which he abandoned during a heist in Germany after the Korean war, find his location. The story involves many twists and is a good film for any Bronson fan.

Quite a good action movie for public domain. Bronson is well cast in the lead role, but I am not so sure that James Mason was right for the role of chief of the villains. Mason is a legendary great actor, but in this he is miscast and had to put on a most distracting accent of some kind of Southern US drawl, and sadly, this was the low point. High point was the race in an Opel Commodore A GS/E to get a doctor back to Mason in time. The car was virtually wrecked in the sequence, but miraculously all intact at the end. Because of this and the fact the car was an orange/red 2-door coupe [and maybe Mason's accent] had me thinking of parallels with The Dukes of Hazzard TV series! This particular print is quite poor, I have heard of remastered DVD's being available though. Video 6 / Sound 8. Worth a watch if you haven't seen it, but it's no classic.
