A pretty poorly executed version of what might have been an interesting story. A young man, jailed for murdering his mother and attacking any woman who reminds him of her, studies the "arts" of astral projection to such an extent that he is able to make himself invisible or, with the aid of glowing eyes, attack people with inanimate objects (such as mattresses!). Once escaped from jail, said maniac begins tracking celebrities and strangling them. All whilst invisible of course. And that is really about it. Apart from some really long and drawn out "character establishment" scenes between the investigating detective and his seemingly stoned girlfriend (played by Stephanie Powers). Look out for Elke Sommers being well, Elke Sommers, just like in every other movie you've ever seen her in! This is not scary, not tense and not funny. Two stars is probably a little more than it is worth despite the fairly attractive cast.
