The Screaming Skull's was that the producers were supposedly offering a free coffin and burial service to anyone who died of fright during the movie's climax.  There's no documentation regarding if they ever had to make good on the offer, though one wonders if it would have stood up if you died of *boredom*... which was far more likely.
