The audio and video on this collection are both quite good. The 12 cartoons (13 including a second inclusion of "The Eleventh Hour") are presented in a random order relative to their release dates. The five cartoons missing from the collection are "The Magnetic Telescope," "Electric Earthquake," "Volcano," "Terror on the Midway," and "The Underground World". It's well worth downloading.

I have most of these in other collections, and they are all very entertaining. They feature fluid animation -- a far cry from the crap that pervades Saturday morning TV -- and slam-bang narratives that don't waste any time. Best endorsement: my wife hates animation in general, but actually enjoys Superman cartoons. They follow a pretty strict formula, so they are best seen one or two at a time.

Excellent download. If you want to see a sample, I chopped this video up a bit and posted a short clip with a hip-hop audio track here: http://www.roosterflix.com/2008/06/brief-intermission-or-counterpoint-to.html as a sort of response to The Dark Knight, which debuts today. Along with this is a link to an aggregate of The Dark Knight reviews, plus a link to download this very torrent.
But back to the torrent: excellent animation and a real piece of history. Great fun.
