"The Bloomin' war is over!" Kicking off with the end of WWI, this film is a play by play of the events leading up to America's involvement in WWII. Quickly covering a forty some odd year period, this film is about ninety percent tag team narration over top of stock footage. You will also be enjoying a handful of rather corny and overly dramatic reenactment scenes peppered in to highlight certain events and express the general sentiment of the period. Prepare yourself to see Adolph's face superimposed over various archival footage. Then came America - END. There is an additional short piece afterwords on the rising terror that is the Hitler Youth. I can't exactly recommend this, unless of course you know nothing of these events. There is only one brief reference of concentration camps and no real reference to the holocaust, which is one hell of an omission to make when telling the story of NAZI Germany. I give it two stars because it does at least have a steady forward pace.
